It is with mixed emotions that we announce the resignation of Deb Flanagan from her role as Vice President of our club, effective immediately. Deb has decided to step down due to personal reasons, including her health, and we fully support her decision to prioritize her well-being and family.
Deb’s dedication, leadership, and passion for our club have been truly invaluable. Her contributions have helped shape our community, and her absence will undoubtedly be felt by all of us.
We extend our deepest gratitude to Deb for her tireless work and unwavering commitment to the Gosford Golf Club. Please join us in wishing her all the best as she focuses on her health and personal life.
We are pleased to announce that Michael Connors has agreed to fill the casual vacancy left by Deb Flanagan’s resignation. Michael was a prominent figure in the recent elections, and next in line to join the board as a director, based on members’ votes. We wish him all the best in his new role and look forward to the positive impact he will undoubtedly bring.
