The Board of Directors of the Gosford Golf Club have approved the re-writing of the By-Laws pertaining to By- Law 2 subparagraph 2.4 & By-Law 4 subparagraph 4.1
Sub-paragraph 2.4
There shall be five standing committees, two sections, and one management committee namely:
Standing Committees
- Finance & Governance
- Match & Golf Operations
- Course
- Membership & Communications
- Planning
Sections
- Ladies
- F-Troop
Management Committee
- House & Facilities
And any such other Committees and Sections as the Board shall from time to time appoint.
4.1 Executive Committee
The Executive Sub-Committee shall consist of the President, Vice President, Captain and Treasurer. The President will be Chairman of the Executive Sub-Committee. The Executive Committee shall be responsible for:
(a) The election of Committee Chairmen and composition of their Committee and Sections;
(b) receiving and handling of all matters relating to Corporate, Federal and State Laws and any issue relative to legal or financial implication.

4.5 Membership & Communications Committee
4.6 Planning Committee
4.7 Ladies Section
4.8 F-Troop
F-Troop is an independent member section of volunteers who look after the gardens and general maintenance of parts of the course. The F-Troop Section is required to report to the Board on a regular basis.
