It gives the Board of Directors great pleasure to announce the election of Deborah Flanagan as Vice President.

Returning officer – Rob Benson #2184 announced he had inspected the 176 votes cast in the ballot for the position of Vice President. He acknowledged that 2 votes were declared invalid as the outer envelope did not have the valid information (One (1) had no member number, One (1) was not a member) and a further nine (9) votes were declared invalid as they were not in a separate sealed inner envelope. This left 165 votes and the results of are as follows;
Gregory Doyle #7597 5 votes
Deborah Flanagan #1341 98 votes
Lindsay Freeman #577 50 votes
Warren Phelps #839 12 votes
The position of director duly elected below was therefore:
The Vice President Deborah Flanagan member,#1341 elected with a majority of the votes.
Deborah Flanagan was invited to sit at the table with the Board to replace outgoing Vice President, Michael Crookes.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to once again give thanks to Michael Crookes for his time on the Board of almost 8 years, his contribution to many of the committees he served on and his constant support and advice.
