Greens Committee shall be known as Course Committee and all references in the By-Laws shall be changed accordingly.

By-Law Introduction

Article 11 General Rules on Etiquette and Conduct of Play
11.11 Civil and Personal Matters
a) Prohibited Actions
Members are strictly prohibited from attempting to settle any civil or personal disputes on the golf course or anywhere within the Club premises where it causes disruption to members or their guests. Such actions are disruptive and go against the principles of respect and sportsmanship that the Club upholds.
b) Penalties
Both parties involved in the dispute may be subject to an immediate suspension. The duration of the suspension will be determined by the severity of the incident at the discretion of the Club’s General Manager, Refer to 11.2 (g)
c) Reporting and Enforcement
Members who witness or are aware of any attempts to resolve civil or personal matters on Club premises are encouraged to report the incident to Club management immediately. The Club will investigate all reported incidents thoroughly and enforce the policy to maintain the integrity of the environment.
