Patrons are advised that the NSW Health Minister has registered a new Public Health Order which reflects the easing of restrictions coming into effect from 12.01am – Wednesday, 15 December 2021. The Board of Directors have followed the Public Health Order through this entire pandemic and will continue to do so for the immediate future.
Given our desire to protect staff, members and patrons of Gosford Golf Club, we will be monitoring the health advice along with the case numbers and advice from our governing bodies, GolfNSW and ClubsNSW and will revisit our entry requirements and Covid Safe Plans as and when needs be.
The key changes which will take effect as at 12:01AM Wednesday 15th December are as follows:
Masks
- Masks are no longer required for patrons of Gosford Golf Club
- We recommend mask wearing in areas of the club where social distancing cannot be achieved
- All front of house staff are strongly recommended to continue to wear masks
- Please respect staff and members who choose to wear masks
Vaccination evidence
- Gosford Golf Club now welcomes all patrons back to the club
- It is no longer an entry requirement to show your vaccination status
COVID-19 Safe Check-in
- All patrons MUST continue to check-in with the Service NSW APP when entering the Upstairs Clubhouse
- If you cannot check-in, you must provide your details to staff on duty
- Please be respectful to staff who ask you to show check-in status
- All patrons MUST not be displaying any cold or flu like symptoms
- All patrons MUST not enter if you should be self-isolating for reasons such as travel, having COVID 19, waiting for a COVID 19 test result, be living with someone who should be self-isolating,
- Should you contract Covid 19 and be deemed infectious while visiting Gosford Golf Club, you MUST inform us as soon as possible for us to contact all patrons on the day and follow advice from NSW Health regarding deemed contacts around your visit.
Bistro & Bar
- Singing and dancing is permitted indoors and outdoors for all
- Drinking indoors and outdoors may be seated or standing
- Venue capacity is no longer governed by the 2 square metre rule
Proshop
- Players are no longer required to Covid Check-in for the proshop
- Lead golfer/group coordinators details must be given to staff for any timesheet bookings.
- Face masks are not required when inside the shop
