Gosford Golf Club Board of Directors has announced that Bob Thomas will serve as Gosford Golf Club Captain for 2021/22.
We take great pleasure in welcoming Bob into the position and look forward to his tenure as Captain. Bob has been a member of the club for over 15 years, and has spent much of the last year shadowing our outgoing Captain Graham Chee in gaining experience in the role. We wish Bob all the best for the coming year and look forward to exciting times ahead. Please say hello to Bob when you see him around the club, and don’t forget to ask him about his eagle at St Andrews!!!
We would also like to thank our outgoing Captain Graham Chee for his above and beyond efforts over his tenure. Graham has been an outstanding Captain for Gosford Golf Club. He has achieved great success during his time as Captain and brought a lot of changes for the better for our entire membership. We are forever grateful for the time he has donated to this club, especially during the Covid crisis. We wish Graham all the best with his golf and hope he can get that handicap back down with relaxed duties. Please pass on your thanks to our outgoing Captain, but also make sure he’s keeping up with the pace of play out on the course.
