Dear Members,

Due to rising costs associated with maintaining the golf course and club facilities, we will be implementing a price increase on greens fees and cart hire fees, effective Monday, 10th November 2025.

Greens Fee Adjustments:

  • Members’ competition and social green fees will increase by $3.
  • Visitors’ green fees will increase by $5.
  • 9-hole green fees will increase by $1.50 for members and $2.50 for visitors.

These changes are necessary to support increased investment in course works and to ensure the continued operation of our full 18-hole facility throughout the upcoming sewer pipeline installation. Your support helps us maintain the high standards of play and presentation you expect at Gosford Golf Club.

As part of these works, we aim to gradually top up the majority of bunkers across the course, prioritising around other critical infrastructure projects. This will improve bunker consistency, playability, and visual presentation. Well-maintained bunkers enhance the strategic challenge of each hole and elevate the overall golfing experience for members and visitors alike.

We are also continuing with greens projects on holes 5, 11A, and 15A, which you should start to see significant progress on shortly. These upgrades are part of our long-term commitment to improving playing surfaces and course infrastructure. More details will follow in a separate communique.

Cart Hire Adjustments:

  • Members’ cart hire fees will increase by $2.
  • Visitors’ cart hire fees will increase by $5.

This increase will directly contribute to a mid-year upgrade of our cart fleet, which will feature:

  • Upgraded seats for improved comfort
  • Automatic braking systems for enhanced safety
  • GPS units in all carts for better course navigation

While new carts come at a cost, they represent a significant improvement in member and visitor experience. All cart packages (vouchers) will increase accordingly, so we encourage you to purchase your vouchers if your keen to get in before the price rise takes effect.
