It was a great day for our Gosford Junior Pennants Team on the weekend at their first round match. They came away winning 5 \u2013 1 against Wyong; Wyong were down two players, so Harlan and Blayne enjoyed a nine hole practice round.<\/div>\n
Our Team Captain Sid brought his usual energy and team spirit.<\/div>\n
He went down to a red hot Ryan Hooke playing number one.\u00a0Connor played well all day, overcoming his opponent 4 and 3.\u00a0Kiedis, still in good form, finished with a solid 3 and 2 victory.\u00a0Alisha spent 17 holes in a very tight fight. Three great up and downs keeping the pressure on her opponent. She then finished the match with a hole out from off the green winning 2 and 1.<\/div>\n
It was a wonderful day for our players. Thank you to the Wyong Team and our hosts at Toukley Golf Club.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
