The amendment is to be added after the first paragraph.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><strong>Amendment<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0&#8211; The position of Vice President shall be appointed by the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The amendment will take effect from the commencement of the 2026 Board term and will apply to all subsequent elections and appointments for the Vice President role.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vote to adopt for inclusion in Constitution<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Motion Two \u2013 Paragraph 15.4 (b)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The removal of \u2018and the Vice President\u2019 from the sentence in Article15.4 (b): Captain\u00a0<em><u>and Vice President<\/u><\/em>\u00a0for a two-year term initially;
