Update from Captain Bob Thomas: Our B grade pennant team marches on with another strong 3 nil against Shelly Beach. We now face Everglades at Toukley next week with the winner the favourites to win this years Pennant. Go Gosford.<\/p>\n
C Grade fought hard again this week but could only manage another square. This is their third square for the year and with a few more wins they would have been right in contention to win the Pennant. Well done boys.<\/p>\n
A grade went down 5.5\/1.5 to a strong Shelly Beach team. Special mention to Zac Duffy who called a penalty on himself after he believed he may have caused the ball to move after clearing debris around the ball. Zac had come back to be 1 down at the time I and said to him I am sure things will go his way from now and he will win the match. Zac lost the next 3 holes to go down 4\/3. Sorry Zac. Also special mention to Tony van den Kolk who just keeps on winning.<\/p>\n
